摘  要:随着教育全球化的不断推进,教育研究的国际化日益受到关注。当前,中西教育研究者进行跨国合作研究存在着资金紧张、资源不足、语言与文化问题、管理与机制方面的困难、人际关系和专业的复杂性及研究氛围及学术规范的差异等困境,破解这些困境,应在资金资源的准备、文化间隔的消融、管理与机制上的准备、人际关系或专业的准备、研究文化氛围的营造与学术研究的规范以及从双方利益出发合作等方面做出努力。With the development of educational globalization, the internationalization of educational research is getting more and more attention. Currently, however, there are a series of problems and dilemmas faced by eastern and western education researchers in conducting collaborative researches such as the funding shortage, resource deficiency, linguistic and cultural difficulties, management and operating problems, interpersonal and professional complexities as well as the differences in research culture and academic standards. To cope with the difficulties and dilemmas, efforts should be made by both sides for sufficient funding and resources, the elimination and integration of cultural differences, the sound management and operating systems, the preparation for interpersonal relationship and profession, the creation of proper cultural atmosphere for research and the normalization of research standard.
