摘  要:油气企业员工除了表现出合同规定的职责外,还表现出不受合同约束的组织公民行为。如何正确激发员工的组织公民行为,提高组织的效率,推进组织目标的实现,是油气企业在激烈的油气市场竞争中不可忽视的问题。为此,从阐述组织公民行为的内涵入手,分析了组织公民行为理论的含义、特征维度和作用,并在相关理论分析的基础上,对油气企业如何正确激发员工的组织公民行为,完善人力资源管理实践提出了相关建议。In addition to the duties specified in contract, employees of oil and gas enterprises also have organizational citizenship behaviors that not constrained by contract. How to motivate the organizational citizenship behaviors of employees correctly, improve the organizational efficiency and promote the realization of organizational objectives are problems that cannot be neglected during the fierce oil and gas market competition of oil and gas enterprises. Therefore, the paper analyzes the implication, characteristic dimension and functions of organizational citizenship behavior theory from the connotation of organizational citizenship behaviors and puts forward suggestions on the correct motivation of organizational citizenship behaviors of employees and improvement of human resources management practices based on relevant theoretical analysis.
