摘　　要：新的全国大学英语四、六级考试在听力理解题型和口语考试中做出的重大调整,反映了大学生提高听力理解和口语交际能力的实用性和必要性。提高大学生英语学习中听说能力的方法和途径是:合理利用语言实验室的自主学习系统进行听说训练,课堂训练和课外自主练习相结合,充分利用现有的科技成果来提高英语的听说能力。The training of college students＇ listening and speaking ability has always been the focus of teachers and students. The reform of the listening comprehension and spoken English in CET 4 ＆ 6 illustrates the importance of improving students＇ listening and speaking ability. This paper is intended to explore the ways to foster college students＇ listening and speaking ability： reasonable utilization of the autonomic learning of language laboratory system training, and unifies classroom training and extracurricular autonomous practice and take full advantage of existing scientific and technological achievements to improve English listening and speaking skills.
