摘　　要：家族式企业在各国经济中占重要地位,推动家族企业长足发展是各企业的最终愿景。文中运用人的有限理性和过度自信特征、委托-代理的经济学原理,从企业未能把握最佳传承时机、未适当引入职业经理人、企业制度不完善三个方面对我国家族式企业难以长久发展的原因进行分析,并提出相应的解决措施及建议。Family-owned enterprises play an important role in the world economy,and it is an ultimate vision for all the enterprises to promote family enterprise to get remarkable progress.The paper use the principles of economics,person’s bounded rationality,overconfidence and principal-agent,analyzing the reasons of difficulties to get long-term development of the family business in our country from three aspects,the enterprise fails to grasp the best transfer time,do not introduce professional managers properly,and enterprise system is imperfect.Finally the paper puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions.
