论援疆工作中双语骨干教师培训的三原则

摘  要:对口援疆工作是一项重要的政治任务,开展新疆少数民族双语骨干教师培训是其中的重要举措。能否做好培训班班主任工作,直接关系到培训工作的成败与否。本文根据近几年来承担此项工作所积累的实践经验,总结出了在双语骨干教师培训班班级管理中能切实提高管理水平的三个法则:"成品"法则、"热炉"法则和"南风"法则,以期为完善双语骨干教师培训工作提供相关借鉴。It is an important political task to carry out the work of the counterpart support,and the important measures are to carry out the training of bilingual teachers of minority nationalities in Xinjiang. In this paper,according to the accumulation of practical experience in recent years, we summed up the three rules in the bilingual training of backbone teachers in class management can which effectively improve the management level and the three rules:"finished"rule and the "hot stove"principle and"south wind"principle,in order to perfect the training of bilingual teachers,and to provide relevant reference.
