摘　　要：对任意有限p-群P,定义了一类新的特征子群Wi(p),i≥1,具有和Z(J(P))类似的性质与效用。证明了若G是p-稳定的有限群且P为其一个Sylowp-子群,则在适当条件下,每个Wi(P)均为G的特征子群,并将该结果推广到融合系中。Let P be a finite p- group. We introduce a new class of characteristic subgroups Wi （P） of P, where i≥1. The subgroups Wi（P） have similar properties and effectiveness to Z（J（P））. If P is a Sylow p-subgroup of a finite p-stable group G,we also show that Wi （P） are characteristic in G under some suitable conditions. Moreover, we generalize these results to fusion systems.
