摘 要:为了缓解交通拥堵,降低区域路网的系统总费用,对区域交通信号控制及交通流诱导协调模型进行了研究.构建了区域协调临界函数,对协调层级进行判别.建立策略层级下的协调模型,模型包含2层目标,第一层目标为缓解拥挤;第二层目标为降低系统总费用.采用迭代优化算法求解协调模型并选取厦门市某区域路网进行仿真实验.仿真结果表明,协调后的区域路网平均行程时间、平均流量、平均饱和度,以及系统总费用比协调前分别降低了18.42%,6.31%,19.83%和24.25%.In order to ease traffic congestion and reduce the total cost of regional road network, the re- gional traffic signal control and traffic flow guidance coordinated model is studied. Firstly, a regional coordination critical function is established to judge the coordination level. Secondly, the coordinated model under the strategy level is proposed, the model contains two objects, the first object is to ease congestion and the second is to reduce the total cost of road system. Finally, the iterative optimization algorithm is used to solve the coordination model and a regional road network of Xiamen is selected to implement the simulation experiment. Simulation results show that the average travel time, average saturation, average flow and total cost of road system are reduced by 18.42%, 6.31%, 19.83% and 24.25% after the coordination.
