摘　　要："卓越教师"指人格高贵、学养深厚、能力突出、智慧卓著,具有坚定的信念和不断追求卓越的精神,充满创造激情与生命感召力的未来杰出教师。深层自我高度活跃,不断地追求卓越成长与卓越创造是卓越教师的本质特征。直觉体验则是帮助他们实现卓越的重要途径。因此,要提高卓越教师培养质量,应该积极倡导直觉体验,指导学生准备适宜的心态,积累大量的感悟材料与经验材料,尝试从意志努力、直觉冲动两个方面入手来培养学生出色的直觉能力。Excellent teacher refers to teachers who have the noble personality, profound scholarship, outstanding ability, outstanding wisdom, a firm belief and the constant pursuit of excellence and is filledwith creative passion. The deep self of this kind of teacher who is highly active, and in the continuous pursuit of excellence and creativity. Intuitive experience is an important way to help them achieve excellence. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of teacher training, we should actively promote intuitive experience, guide students to prepare with the proper mind, accumulate a lot of perception of materials, try to cultivate the intuition of students＇ from two aspects, namely effort of will and intuition impulse.
