摘 要:采用GB/T 5006—1985、GB/T 5514—2008以及AACC 76-13.01 3种标准方法测定了27个玉米样品的淀粉含量。3种方法得到的任意两组测定结果之间均呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.000 1)。3种测定淀粉含量的标准方法之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),GB/T 5006—1985的测定结果显著高于其他两种方法。尽管在样品预处理阶段,GB/T 5514—2008和AACC 76-13.01均采用乙醇进行了脱糖处理,但GB/T 5514—2008的测定结果略高于AACC 76-13.01。3种方法中,AACC 76-13.01的分析效率最高,专一性最强,但其测定成本也最高。The starch contents of 27 corn samples were compared using three standard methods including GB/T5006—1985,GB/T 5514—2008 and AACC(American Association of Cereal Chemists) 76-13.01. There were strong,linear relationships between any two sets of the analysis results obtained using the above three methods(P0.000 1). The result of variance analysis showed that the differences among the three standard methods were significant(P0.05),and starch contents analyzed by GB/T 5006—1985 were higher than that from other two methods. Although ethanol was used to remove soluble sugars during the pretreatment of samples in both GB/T5514—2008 and AACC 76-13.01,starch contents from GB/T 5514—2008 were slightly higher than that from AACC 76-13.01. The results indicated that method of AACC 76-13.01 exhibited the highest analysis efficiency and the strongest specificity with the highest cost among the three methods.
