摘  要:对采集到的7个玉米胚样品分别进行浸出取油和压榨取油,检测玉米胚及其毛油和饼粕中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)含量,分析研究玉米胚中AFB1含量和制油工艺对毛油和饼粕中AFB1含量的影响。结果表明:7个玉米胚样品的AFB1含量为1.04-25.22μg/kg,平均值为7.24μg/kg;浸出毛油、压榨毛油中AFB1含量分别为0.50-1.20μg/kg、0.81-3.21μg/kg,平均值分别为0.70、1.59μg/kg;浸出粕、压榨饼中AFB1含量分别为3.05-36.55μg/kg、0.90-24.49μg/kg,平均值分别为11.35、7.78μg/kg;同一玉米胚样品,浸出毛油中AFB1含量低于压榨毛油,浸出粕中AFB1含量高于压榨饼;总体上浸出毛油和压榨毛油中AFB1含量明显低于玉米胚,但饼粕中尤其是浸出粕中AFB1含量超过玉米胚中AFB1含量。所有受测玉米毛油中AFB1含量皆低于GB 2716—2005《食用植物油卫生标准》中所规定的限量(≤20μg/kg),玉米胚饼粕中AFB1含量皆低于GB 13078—2001《饲料卫生标准》中所规定的限量(≤50μg/kg)。Oils were extracted from seven maize germs samples collected from factory by solvent extraction method and pressing method, and contents of AFB1 in maize germ and its crude oil, cake and meal were determined to study the effects of AFB1 content in maize germ and extraction process on the contents of AFB1 in crude maize oil, cake and meal. The results showed that the contents of AFB1 in seven maize germs samples ranged from 1.04μgg/kg to 25.22 μgg/kg, with an average 7.24 μgg/kg; the contents of AFB1 in crude solvent extracted maize oil and crude pressed maize oil were 0.50 - 1.20μgg/kg and 0.81 - 3.21 μgg/kg, with an average 0.70, 1.59μgg/kg respectively, and the contents of AFB1 in corresponding meals and cakes were 3.05 - 36.55μgg/kg, 0. 90 - 24.49 μgg/kg, with an average 11.35, 7.78 μgg/kg, respectively. The content of AFB1 in crude solvent extracted maize oil was lower than that in crude pressed maize oil for the same maize germ sample, while the content of AFB1 in the corresponding meals was higher than that in cakes; overall the contents of AFB1 in crude solvent extracted maize oil and crude pressed maize oil were lower than those in maize germ significantly, while contents of AFB~ in cakes and meals were higher than that in maize germ, especially meals. The contents of AFBl in all the tested crude maize oil were lower than the limit amount 20 μgg/kg of GB 2716-2005 Hygienic Standard for EdibleVegetable Oil, and contents of AFB1 in all tested cakes and meals were lower than the limit amount 50μgg/kg of GB 13078-2001 Hygienic Standards for Feeds.
