摘 要:以EPA/DHA乙酯和甘油为原料,甲醇钠作为催化剂制备高含量EPA/DHA甘油酯。通过对反应温度、反应时间、甘油用量和催化剂用量的优化,得到制备EPA/DHA甘油三酯的最佳反应条件:温度为120℃,甲醇钠添加量为原料油的0.4%,甘油为原料油的7.0%,反应时间5 h。反应终止后产物中EPA/DHA甘油三酯含量可达47.0%以上,进一步经分子蒸馏精制后,终产物中EPA/DHA甘油三酯的含量高达75.0%以上。The high concentration of EPA/DHA triglyceride was prepared from EPA/DHA ethyl ester and glycerol catalyzed by sodium methoxide. To study the optimal reaction conditions for preparation EPA/DHA triglyceride, reaction temperature, reaction time, concentration of glycerol and the concentration of sodium methoxide was optimized systematically. The results give the optimal reaction conditions for preparation EPA/DHA triglyceride, which can be listed as follow: temperature was 120 ℃, sodium methoxide was 0.4%, glycerol was 7.0%, reaction time was 5 h. The maximum concentration of EPA/DHA triglyceride was higher than 47% before the reaction termination, and the final concentration of EPA/DHA triglyceride was higher than 75% after refinement by molecular distillation.
