摘  要:在梳理国内外相关文献的基础上,通过问卷调查和描述性统计,分析了教师角色与学习者愉悦体验的相关性。研究发现教师角色转变,即从传统的知识传授者、课堂管理者转变为学习的引导者、促进者,能够聚焦学习者在学习过程中的内心感受,激发、保持、提升学生的学习兴趣和动力,实现"体验英语、体验快乐、体验成功"的教学理念。Emotional factors are important elements influencing the efficiency of foreign language learning. Based on the study of relevant literature home and abroad, through questionnaire and descriptive statistical analysis, the paper mainly focuses on how teachers can shift their roles from the traditional knowledge provider and class supervisor to the guide and promoter in students' learning. In this way, teachers can better focus on the students' feelings in the process of their study, initiate, sustain and promote the students' interest and motivation in their study, thus, fulfilling the teaching theory of experiencing English, experiencing joy, and experiencing success.
