摘　　要：高职院校的大多数青年教师直接来自于大学的硕士和博士研究生,有较深的理论功底,但教学能力和动手操作能力相对较弱,这与高职院校培养高技能人才的目标对教师的"双师型"要求有一定差距。采用"学院+企业"双导师教师培养方案,为培养青年教师发挥了积极作用,加快了青年教师成长为成熟教师的进程。Most of young teachers are directly from master and doctoral candidate of the University higher vocational colleges,had a deeper theoretical knowledge,But teaching ability and hands-on ability are relatively weak. There is a gap of training highly skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges. To adopt of training program ＂College ＋ enterprise＂ Double tutor,it play a positive role for cultivating young teachers,and speed up the process about young teachers growing into mature teachers.
