摘  要:根据近年来的反馈信息,大多数"影子练习"的练习者都从正面评价了这种练习方式,但与此同时也有人感到困难或在练习过程中感到紧张、有压力。影响练习者感受的因素可能存在多种,本研究假设日语水平、周围环境、练习策略都可能产生影响,故选择从未有过练习经验的二年级日语专业学生为对象进行了实证调查研究,以验证假设是否成立。本文主要针对第三项假设,而其它两项假设将另行撰写文章。在本文中,将练习者感到困难、紧张等命名为"思维活动",将练习者为完成跟读而采取练习活动命名为"跟读策略",主要研究内容包括:(1)练习者在练习初期有什么样的思维活动;(2)练习者在练习初期会选择什么样的跟读策略;(3)练习者的跟读策略是否会对他们的思维活动产生影响。In recent years, "shadow-exercise" is gradually being introduced to foreign language teaching, and there are many theories and practices that demonstrate its contribution to foreign language study. However, according to recent practice feedback, some practitioners feel anxious, nervous, and even some believe that this approach is very difficult to practice, and not suitable for them. This paper investigates sophomores majoring in Japanese who have never done shadow-exercise before.The purpose is to understand their inner consciousness in the early process of practice. Then, from the perspective of the repeat strategy of practitioners, this research finds the factors that affect inner consciousness. This can provide better guidance to reduce the burden on students as they practice and make shadowing more effective.
