摘 要:本研究以650名教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查考察了教师组织公平感的现状及对教师课堂教学行为的影响,发现农村教师组织公平感高于城市教师;农村教师组织公平感随着教育机构级别的上升而呈下降趋势;随着年龄和教龄的增长,农村教师的组织公平感逐渐下降;农村教师的组织公平感随着学历的提高而增长;农村教师组织公平感与教师课堂教学行为有显著的正相关。基于研究结果,提出了具体的教育建议。In this study,taking 650 teachers as the research objects.The present situation of teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and its influence on classroom teaching behavior of teachers were investigated by questionnaire survey.The results show that that rural teachers' perceptions of organizational justice is higher than that of urban teachers;rural teachers' perceptions of organizational justice decreases with the rise of the level of educational institutions;with the growth of age and seniority,rural teachers' perceptions of organizational justice gradually decreases;rural teachers' perceptions of organizational justice increases with the improvement of educational background;there is notable positive correlation between rural teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and teachers' classroom teaching behavior.Based on the research results,the specific educational suggestions are put forward.
