摘　　要：长拳是我国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,它具有深厚的传统文化底蕴和较高的审美性和艺术性.在武术文化走向世界的进程中,大学生理应成为展现"国粹"的先行者,然而在培养高素质优秀人才的高校,长拳教学还存在着诸多问题,体现在教学方法、学情分析等方面.文章从高校长拳教学的实际出发,就存在的问题进行分析并提出相应的策略.Changquan is an important component of Chinas fine traditional culture, with its rich traditional culture and high aesthetic and artistic. In the process of martial arts culture to the world, it should become university students show ＂ quintessence＂ pioneer. However, in training high - quality talents of colleges and universities, there are many problems in Changquan teaching, Including teaching methods, learning situation analysis. Problems and corresponding measures are put forward.
