高职院校旅游类人才培养模式的探索与实践——校企互嵌、工学结合、旺进淡出

摘　　要："校企互嵌、工学结合、旺进淡出"旅游类人才培养模式,应以培养综合职业能力为主要目标,依据"旺进淡出"原则灵活安排和组织教学;建立"平台+模块"课程体系,通过课程群的底层共享、中层分立、高层互选,凸显专业群的适应性和集群优势;建构"137"实践教学体系,形成递进式职业能力培养方式。通过从培养行业"新手"到"专家"来培养学生综合职业能力、打造高职混编教师团队来增强高职教师主导力、构建校企合作"双赢"机制来提升企业主动参与度、以行业新业态促进专业发展来创新专业群发展模式。A new mode of tourism-oriented talent cultivation is suggested in which schools and enter- prises closely cooperate with each other, and students go out of school to work in tourist season and come back to school when the tourist season ends. This mode targets at cultivating the overall abilities of the students and classroom teaching is organized mainly around the shift of tourist seasons. The curricular system is composed of ＂platform＂ and ＂course clusters. ＂ The initiative of enterprises is raised through the win-win cooperation between them and schools.
