摘 要:用"控制饮食、自由游泳结合水中站立"的方式建立气虚体质小鼠模型,再用低、中、高剂量参苓阿胶复方膏剂(SLEJCO)干预的方法,通过测定小鼠的血常规、脾脏指数、胸腺指数、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,研究SLEJCO对气虚体质小鼠的免疫调节及抗氧化作用。结果表明,各剂量SLEJCO都能提高气虚小鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数、血清SOD和GSH-Px活性,降低MDA含量,且中、高剂量组干预效果明显优于低剂量组,说明参苓阿胶复方膏剂能够增强气虚体质小鼠免疫调节和抗氧化作用。To study the immunity and antioxidant effects of composite ointment of ginseng, tuckahoe and don- key-hide gelatin (SLEJCO) on mice with physique of Qi deficiency, "diet controlling combined with standing in water as well as free swimming" was used to establish Qi deficiency physique model mice which were then intervened with low, medium and high doses of SLEJCO. The spleen and thymus indices, superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), maloudialdehyde (MDA) and normal blood indices of the mice were assessed. The results showed that the mice could be boosted by SLEJCO shown by the increased thymus and spleen indices and SOD, GSH-PX activity and lowered MDA and blood glucose content. The groups of middle and high doses were significantly effective than the group of low dose, suggesting that SLEJCO could make mice of Qi deficiency physique heathier.
