摘　　要：入职教育是教师专业发展的重要环节。提升入职教育的成效是少数民族地区教育内涵发展的必由之路。以贵州为个案,在现状描述和实施情况调查的基础上对其入职教育存在的问题进行归因分析,不仅有利于少数民族地区的教师队伍建设,也有利于强化入职教育在我国教师教育理论和实践中的意义和价值。Teachers＇ inductive education is an important link for teachers＇ professional development.To guarantee and raise the effectiveness of teachers＇ inductive education is the only route for the educational connotation development in minority areas.Taking Guizhou as an example, discussing the problems and its countermeasures based on the investigation of the facts of Teachers＇ inductive education is good both for the construction of teachers team in such places, and for the strengthening of the theoretical and practical value of teachers＇ inductive education in teachers＇ education.
