摘　　要：随着就业形势的日益严峻,以就业为导向的教学模式被广泛应用,高职学生的口语交际能力得到进一步确认和加强,提高高职学生的口语交际能力成为新时期的迫切要求。高职教师要在心理上解决学生沟通障碍,在内涵上全面提升学生的综合素质,使学生真正做到敢说,能说,会说,具备口语交际的基本能力和素质,形成特定的职业口语风范。Along with the increasingly severe employment situation, employment oriented teaching mode has been widely used, oral communicative competence of higher vocational students has been further confirmed, and to improve higher vocational students＇ oral English communicative competence has become the urgent request of the new period. Higher vocational teachers should solve communication barriers in psychology, improve the students＇ comprehensive quality in the connotation, let students have the basic ability and quality of oral communication, and form a specific professional oral English style.
