摘　　要：总结高职护理专业成人护理课程发展的历程，主要从课程的引进、建设和教学方法改革等几个方面详细介绍成人护理课程的发展现状。成人护理课程是高职护理教育中的核心课程，该课程的发展在一定程度上也能折射出现代护理教育理念，对高职护理教育发展有重要的作用。To summary the development of the course of Adult Nursing in higher vocational colleges, mainly from the introduction of the course, the course construction, teaching methods reform and other aspects of adult nursing. Adult Nursing is the core course in higher vocational nursing education, so the development of this curriculum can reflect the concept of modern nursing education, and it also has an important role in the development of nursing education.
