摘  要:临床实践教学是医学教育培养质量的关键环节。如何培养适应当代医疗卫生服务需求的医生是医学教学改革中亟待解决的问题。复旦大学附属妇产科医院在2014级住院医师规范化培训8名学员中初步探讨了以胜任力为导向、多种教学形式相结合的妇产科教学方式,包括小组讨论、模拟教学、翻转课堂、文献阅读、TBL等多种教学形式,取得了良好的教学效果,能达到相应的培训目标,有一定的推广价值。Clinical practice is a key link of medical education. How to cultivate doctors who can adapt to the current need for health care is a prominent issue in the reform of medical education. Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University explores a competency-oriented training mode preliminarily, featured by various teaching methods including group discussion, simulated-patient teaching, flipped class model, TBL, and reading literature. The teaching reform has proven to meet the training goals of clinical education and produce good effect, which may have some referential value for other medical schools.
