刍议高职酒店管理专业食品营养与卫生课程改革问题

摘　　要：越来越多的高职院校酒店管理专业开设了食品营养与卫生课程,然而,该门课程的教学效果与市场预期却存在较大差距。本文在分析高职院校食品营养与卫生课程教学现状的基础上,从教学内容优化、教学方式改进、考评机制改良等几个方面提出了食品营养与卫生课程的改革管见。More and more hotel management department in higher vocational colleges has opened the course of food nutrition and hygiene. However,there is a big gap between the teaching effect and market expectation. Based on the analysis of teaching situations,this paper established the reform aspects on the course of food nutrition and health from the aspects of teaching content,improvement of teaching methods and evaluation mechanism and so on.
