摘  要:随着我国食品质量安全体系的进一步完善,食品检测专业人才紧缺,培养一名素质与能力都合格甚至优秀的食品检测人员成为高职院校的主要任务。以毕节职业技术学院食品检测专业学生为对象,初步构建了高职食品检测专业学生职业能力培养体系,并提出了实际运行过程中的措施。With the further perfection of food quality and security system, professional personnel in food inspection are in need, so it has become one of the main tasks of vocational colleges to cultivate qualified personnel with high quality and great ability majoring in food inspection. Taking the students of food inspection major in Bijie Vocational and Technical College as the object of study, the training system of their professional ability is constructed preliminarily. And the measures on the implementation and operation are put forward.
