摘 要:目前高职院校食品专业"仪器分析"课程教学存在的教材内容滞后、与生产实践联系不紧密等问题,"仪器分析"课程教学改革势在必行。结合学生的专业特点进行教学改革,包括培养学生学习兴趣、实践化教学、增加综合设计性实验、信息化教学应用、以赛促学等,以提高"仪器分析"课程的教学质量。Because teaching material content is obsolete and the relation to production practice is not close, it is imperative to conduct the teaching reform of Instrumental Analysis course of food science specialty in higher vocational colleges at present. The teaching reform is conducted to improve the quality of the teaching in Instrument Analysis course according to the students' professional characteristics, including the cultivation of students' interest in learning, practice teaching method, increasing the comprehensive design experiment, information technology applications in teaching and promoting teaching and learning with competition.
