摘 要:微格教学是一种很重要的师资培训方法。随着时代的发展,微格教学理论应融入新的教育元素。任务型教学是《英语课程标准》明确提出的课程教学方法,因此以任务型教学技能为微格教学训练的主要目标并将任务型教学理念融入微格教学不仅是英语新课程改革的需要,也是当今英语教师专业发展的必要路径之一。本文从任务型教学理念出发,通过训练目标、训练内容和训练过程三方面探讨微格教学与任务型教学的全面融合,为英语新课程培养具有交际理念的新型英语教师。Micro-skill training is an important approach for teacher training. In the new century, the theory of Micro-skill training should take in the new educational concepts. Task-based language teaching is suggested by the National English Curriculum. Thus, it is a good choice for teacher educators to integrate Micro-skill training with Task-based Approach. The development of Micro-skills of Task-based Approach can meet not only the demands for implementation of the National English Curriculum, but the teachers' professional development. Therefore, this essay explores the integration of Task-Based Approach into Micro-teaching by designing clear and reasonable goals, tasks and organization for Micro-skill training so as to develop teachers' communicative language teaching skills of implementing the National English Curriculum.
