摘 要:教学参考书是中小学使用最普遍的教师工具书,对教师的教学影响很大,但并未受到与教科书同等的关注与研究。以TPCK教师知识发展框架重新审视教参的功能定位,实现从"教学参考"向"促进教师学习"的转变,在内容上赋予教参更多"教育性"元素的同时,在形式上突破静态、封闭的纸质媒介教参限制,实现向"纸质+数字化"的动态、开放、多样化的资源型教参转变,这是数字时代对教参发展的新诉求。国外"在线教育性课程材料"的开发经验为我们设计"面向教师学习"的教参提供了有益的参考。Teaching guide is the most popular reference book used by K-12 teachers. Teaching guide has great impact on teachers' teaching. However, researchers have neither paid enough attention to nor studied teaching guide as they had with textbook. In digital age, it is necessary to rethink the function of teaching guide function using the TPCK framework, to transform teaching guide from "reference for teaching" to "tool for promoting teachers' professional development", and to add more "educative" content to teaching guide. Meanwhile, developers of teaching guide need to break through the restriction of static and closed paper-based media to develop "paper-based+digital" form of teaching guide that can provide dynamic, open and diverse learning resources for teachers. The experience of developing "web-based educative curriculum materials" in other countries can inform the development of digital teaching guide for "teacher learning" in China.
