摘  要:肇庆医学高等专科学校在"校院(企)合作、医教结合"的机制下,通过校内、校外协同育人方式,以三个课堂(校内课堂、课外活动以及职场)为途径,通过"校院共育、专业培育、课程教育、校园蕴育"四个维度,建立全程化、全方位医学人文教育课程体系。通过吸收来自不同人文社科领域的师资,丰富医学专职教师队伍的内涵,建设"双师双能"医学人文教育团队;创建医学人文教育网络平台,实现知识传播、实践评价、案例学习和师生互动等功能;融入行业、企事业单位职场文化和真实场景,建设医学人文实践教学基地,探索建立医学人文校外实践教学评价体系。Under the mechanism of cooperation between colleges and hospitals, connection of medicine and education, Zhaoqing Medical College established medical humanistic education curriculum system covering entire process and full range by cooperative education in school and out school, which included three classrooms (lessons, events and workplaces), according to the four dimensionalities, colleges-hospitals cooperative cultivation, profession cultivation, curriculum cultivation and campus cultivation. By absorbing teachers from different fields of humanistic and social sciences, the connotation of medical teachers is enriched and the dual-qualified and dual-talented team in medical humanity is established. The medical humanistic education network platform is created in order to fulfill the functions of knowledge dissemination, practical evaluation and cases learning, etc. In addition, the college also paid attentions to the career culture and real scenario of enterprise and public institution to build the teaching bases of medical humanistic practice, explore the practical teaching evaluation system of medical humanity outside the school.
