摘　　要：研究使用个案研究的方法,以Delphi法分别筛选制定出适合研究对象发展水平的ICF-CY(国际功能、残疾和健康分类—儿童、青少年版)检核表,并依据检核表评估结果和其所在环境的考察结果拟定IEP,且在自然教学情境下实施IEP。研究使用SPSS17.0对该名儿童的功能发展和相关的行为数据进行了配对t检验,并使用单一被试C统计检验儿童的自我管理功能改善效果,结果显示ICF-CY的使用对融合教育中特殊儿童功能发展具有显著的促进作用,研究对象的自我管理功能和参与度的提升均有显著提升。据此,研究者探讨了ICF-CY在学前融合教育应用中的优势和不足。This research used case study method by taking Delphi Method to select and constitute individual ICF- CY checklist for the subject,then making IEP according to the evaluation results from the checklist and ICF- CY environmental factors,lastly,carrying out IEP in natural teaching settings to explore the effect of applying ICF- CY in early childhood inclusive settings. Researchers adopted SPSS17. 0 to analyze the whole functional improvement and some behaviors related to some functions by comparison of pre- and post- treatment,and used single case C statistics to examine the improvement effect of self- government. The results show applying ICF- CY in early childhood inclusive settings had statistical significance for improving special child＇s function development,including function of self- management and participate. Researchers explored the advantages and disadvantages about using ICF- CY in early childhood inclusive settings.
