摘 要:基于实验教师与理论教师教学内容和形式的不同,通过研究发现目前实验教师绩效考核中存在考核主体单一、考核指标抽象、考核结果应用面窄等问题。本文将360°绩效考核法应用到实验教师的绩效考核当中,选取了实验教师的直接领导、同事、学生、实验室技术人员以及教师本人作为考核主体,针对不同考核主体设计了考核指标,并从考核周期、考核数据表的设计、考核的具体实施、考核数据的计算、绩效面谈等环节提出了完整的实施方案,能更全面、客观的对应用型财经类院校实验教师的绩效进行评价,起到更好的激励作用。Based on the difference of theory teachers and experimental teachers,we find that there are some problems existed in the current performance assessment of experimental teachers,such as single evaluation body,abstract indicators and inadequate application of evaluation results. This paper applies the 360° performance appraisal in the performance assessment of experimental teachers. The immediate supervisors of the experimental teachers,colleagues,students,experimental technicians and the teacher himself are chosen as the evaluation body. According to the different evaluation body,the assessment index is designed,respectively. Considering the integrity,appraisal cycle,design of appraisal table,counting of appraisal data,implementation and performance interview are discussed. The new method can appraise the performance of experimental teachers more entirely and objectively,so as to motivate experimental teachers more effectively.
