摘  要:在科学发展观的引领下,我国当代基础教育全面践行以人为本的核心功能。以人为本的教育倡导人性的真实回归,强调用教育作为引导,实现人性向自然、自由、多样性和生活世界的回归,最终达到和谐。教育目的体现对个性、和谐、富有创造性的人的关注;教育内容上体现人文、激趣以及时代性的回归;教育实施中体现对学生已有知识经验、创新精神和实践能力的尊重,对学生的重视以及自主、合作、探究学习方式的促进;评价内容方面体现评价主体、标准多元化以及评价实践的过程化。Following the principle of "Scientific Outlook on Development ", contemporary basic education reform of China is a comprehensive practice on "People-oriented" core tenet. People-oriented education thinking advocates returning to real human nature, and to use education as a guidance on the humanity, nature, freedom, diversity, and with returning to the living world as final goal to achieve harmony finally. "People-oriented" education is aiming to advocate culture, uniqueness, and creative personality. It advocates the comprehensive and experiential content of teaching content, and it attaches great importance to the teaching content of humanism and "interestingness". Meanwhile, it attaches importance to knowledge with "real life" and "spirit of the time", and attaches importance to the development and formation of content resources. It respects the students' existing knowledge and experience, and it advocates autonomous and cooperative learning. By inquiry in the learning style, and putting emphasis on cultivating students' innovation spirit and practice ability it pays attention to the integration of diversified education means and ways. It also attaches great importance to the evaluation of the value orientation of humanistic education assessment, comprehensive assessment content, assessment subject and assessment criteria diversification as well as the evaluation practice process.
