摘  要:从国内外调查来看,重科研轻教学、重专业学术而轻教学学术的现象依然普遍存在。在我国发展现阶段,社会各界对高等教育有更高期望,这要求高校教学学术实践做出更好回应,取得更好效果。高校教学学术实践的理想效果,应包括:有效训练大学生的学科思维;激发学生好奇心与求知欲;提高批判性思维能力和道德推理能力;提升教师教学效能感,促成优秀教学团队的发展;实现师生在教学活动中的良性互动,以及科研与教学的良性互动,促进科教融合。From the point of research at home and abroad,many colleges and universities attach great importance to the scientific research rather than teaching and pay attention to professional academic rather than scholarship of teaching. In current stage of development in our country,people have higher expectations on higher education,which requires teaching academic practice in colleges and universities to make better response and obtain better effect. The ideal effect of teaching academic practice should include effective training for college students’ disciplined mind; stimulating students’ curiosity and thirst for knowledge; improving the ability of critical thinking and moral reasoning ability; improving teachers’ teaching self-efficacy,contributing to the development of outstanding teaching teams; realizing good interaction with students in teaching activities and benign interaction of scientific research and teaching; promoting the integration of research with teaching.
