摘　　要：本文对中职钳工实训的重要性进行简要分析,在此基础上分析目前中职钳工实训中存在的问题,就如何中职钳工实训质量提出有针对性的解决措施,旨在为提高中职钳工实训质量、强化中职钳工的职业素质和就业能力提供参考。The importance of vocational fitter training isanalyzed briefly and analyzes the existing problems in vocationalfitter training based on how vocational fitter training quality putforward the countermeasures, in order to provide reference forimproving the quality, strengthen secondary vocational fittertraining occupation quality and employment ability.
