摘 要:目的:探讨TBL教学在内科护理学临床见习中的应用效果。方法:将我校2014级护理专业专科生72人,随机分为对照组(36人)和观察组(36人),观察组采用TBL教学,对照组采用传统教学方法。临床见习结束后,完成实践报告书写及专科理论知识考试,并下发见习评价表调查见习效果。结果:观察组实践报告书写成绩、专科理论考试成绩及对见习效果的评价结果显著优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:TBL教学提高了内科护理学的临床见习效果及学生书写实践报告的能力,提高了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生的团队协作精神,增强了临床思维能力。Objective: To explore the application effect of TBL teaching in clinical practice of nursing in department of internal medicine. Methods: 72 people in our class of 2014 for nursing specialty students, randomly assigned for control group( n = 36) and observation group( n = 36), the observation group using TBL teaching,while the control group used the traditional teaching method. After clinical probation, complete practice report writing and professional theoretical knowledge examination, then distribute probation evaluation table to investigate the effect of trainee. Results: In the observation group, the results of practice report writing, the results of College Theoretical Examination and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the results were significantly better than those of the control group( P 0. 01, P 0. 05). Conclusions: TBL teaching improves the clinical practice effect of nursing in Department of internal medicine and the ability of students to write practice reports, improve the students' learning interest, cultivate students' teamwork spirit, and enhance the ability of clinical thinking.
