摘　　要：近几年,新疆职业教育取得了长足发展,但还存在南北疆职业教育发展不平衡、师资队伍总体不强、少数民族学生就业率不高、保障机制不健全等问题,本文通过分析存在的主要问题,提出了新疆职业教育发展的对策建议。Vocational education has made great progress in Xinjiang in recent years,but also exists some questions, such as,vocational education development is not balanced,the teachers troop overall is not strong,minority students employment rate is not high, the guarantee mechanism is not sound,through the analysis of the main problems,we puts forward the countermeasures of the development of vocational education in Xinjiang.
