摘　　要：高效课堂是高职教育的理想境界,要靠师生共同努力去创造。无论是教师的教还是学生的学,教师都起着决定性作用。从增强教师个人魅力、把握授课环节、提高授课技巧等方面给出了构建高效课堂的途径和措施。Efficient classroom is the ideal state of higher vocational education,which needs to be created by both teachers and students. However,the teacher plays a decisive role in teachers＇ teaching and students＇ learning. Ways and measures to construct efficient classroom from the enhancement of teacher ＇s personal charm,grasping the teaching links and improving the teaching skills are provided.
