摘　　要：创新创业教育的本质是实用教育，其目标是培养具有创业素质和具有开创性的人才。现代学徒制人才培养模式以立德树人为根本，以促进就业为导向，坚持校企合作，产教融合，是提高创新创业能力的有效途径。人才培养方案是人才培养的指南，现代学徒制人才培养方案需要将创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力的培养融入到其中，在学徒培养过程中，除了进行常规的专业教学外，还需要将创新创业能力的培养贯穿其中。The essence of innovation and entrepreneurship education is practical education ,whose goal is to cumvate talents with entrepreneurial quality and creative ability. The training mode of modem apprenticeship system is based on morality education and oriented towards employment, and the effective way to improve the innovative and entre- preneurial ability is to adhere to integration of production and education and school - enterprise cooperation. The training program is the guideline of talent training, and modern apprenticeship training program need cultivate the spirits of innovation, entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative ability in teaching in addition to the conventional teaching of professional knowledge.
