摘　　要：当前高校保险人才培养必须适应新常态下的社会经济发展需要,注重学生创新能力和应用能力的培养。基于保险应用型创新人才培养的目标,探索保险学专业课程体系建设与改革,提出以"市场需求"为基本准则、以"能力本位"为主要价值取向、以"课程群"建设为根本措施的保险学专业课程建设策略,实现了"平台+模块"课程结构的优化和以课程群建设为核心的课程内容整合,形成了"强能力、重融合、重现场、建团队"的实践教学体系,保障保险学专业创新型人才培养目标的实现。Talent cultivation in universities should be in accordance with the economic and social demands in China＇s new normal, and pays attention to training students＇ innovative ability and application ability. For the purpose of cultivating the practical and innovative talents and exploring the course system construction and reform, this paper proposes the course construction strategies, that is, to take market--demand as the basic criteria, ability--standard as the main value orientation, course group con- struction as ultimate measures. By implementing course structure optimization of the ＂platform ; mod- ule＂ and course integration as the core of course group construction, practical teaching system with strong ability, great importance to integration, emphasis on the scene, and the team constructions is formed to guarantee the training of innovative talents,
