摘  要:提高人才培养质量是中高职衔接教育的最终目标,人才培养质量的好坏关系到现代职业教育的成败。研究建立中高职衔接人才培养质量评价体系,有利于实现我国职业教育多层次人才培养模式,保障畅通人才成长通道。通过探讨中高职衔接食品营养与检测专业人才培养质量评价体系构建的设计思路、基本原则和具体方法,为促进中高职衔接的发展和中高职衔接人才培养质量评价体系构建提供借鉴。It is the final target to improve the quality of personnel training in the vocational convergence of secondary and higher vocational education, this quality is crucial indicator for modern occupation education. And a system of quality assessment for personnel training is benefit to realize the multiple echelon model of personnel training and unimpeded passage for the growing up of excellent talent. To establish such a system,the main idea and basic principle and specific method are approached in the prefession of food nutrition detection in the process of the vocational convergence. Such a system is benefited for promoting the level of vocational convergence and provided some references for the personnel training in the prefession of food nutrition and detection.
