摘 要:在举国上下"大众创业,万众创新"的新形势下,各高校都如火如荼地开展创新创业教育。作为高等院校食品类专业的"分析化学"也应不断深入进行教学改革。通过精心设计课程计划、优化精选教学内容、科学运用教学方法等举措,初步探讨了在食品类专业基础课"分析化学"教学中融入创新创业教育的方法与策略,并经过3届12个教学班的教学实践表明,在专业基础课程中开展创新创业教育对师生认清专业和职业发展有积极作用;同时,对学生理解专业基础课在创新创业中作用、激发其学好专业基础课的兴趣、培养好学勤思的自主学习能力,以及善于发现问题、分析问题与解决问题的创新创造能等综合素质均有极大的促进作用,对实现"分析化学"教学质量的稳步提高效果显著。Under the new situation of "Public entrepreneurship peoples innovation",the universities are in full swing to carry out innovation and enterprise education. As the college of food specialty Analytical Chemistry also should be teaching reform.Through carefully designs curriculum plan, optimizing selection of teaching content, scientific use of measures such as teaching methods, preliminary discussed in the food courses. Analysis methods and strategies of innovation and entrepreneurship education into chemistry teaching,and after the 3 session of the 12 classes of teaching practice show that innovation and entrepreneurship education development can help the role of teachers and students realize of professional and occupation on the basis of professional courses at the same time,the students understand the professional basic course in innovation and entrepreneurship role arouse their interest in learning professional courses,training to learn good thinking of the independent learning ability and good at discovering problems, analyzing and solving problems can create innovation and comprehensive quality greatly promote and enhance the stability of the teaching quality of this course has obvious effect.
