摘  要:高职院校校内实训中心是训练和提高学生技能的重要基础硬件设施,但是其软件设施(运行机制)则是关系到职业院校学生技能培养质量的关键因素。以江苏农牧科技职业学院省级实训基地食品加工实训中心的运行机制建设为例,在经过许多实践总结的基础上,按照教育规律和市场经济相结合的办法,充分激发各市场主体对学生素质及技能培养的积极性,学校与企业密切合作,使校内实训基地充分体现企业属性,尽可能体现实训过程真实或仿真的职业环境,努力形成校企紧密合作型的校内实训基地运行机制。The processing training base of vcational college is the important basic supporting condition of training and increasing skilled talents of students. The operation mechanism is critical factor that it is directly related to the quality of talents training in vcational colleges. Now on the example of Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College food processing center of province training base operating mechanism construction,on the basis of many practices,we explore that it should be combined the educational laws with market demand. We should stimulate the enthusiasm of all sides to the quality of students and skills training. The school and enterprise should closely cooperate to fully show enterprise attributes of the training base of vcational college. The practical training is consistent as the actual production as possible. The real or simular professional environment is formed. Finally it will be constructed the training base of school and enterprise close cooperation.
