摘 要:通过在古蔺县进行赶黄草食用比例人群调查研究,抽样调查样本量为3 086人,实际回收有效问卷为3 053份,有效率为98.93%,经数据录入和数据分析后,结果表明:在古蔺县,食用赶黄草的比例为47.61%;性别差异只有在赶黄草种植面积少的产区才对是否食用赶黄草有显著影响(沃特检验),女性食用比例比男性低;年龄对是否食用赶黄草有显著影响,中、老年对于是否食用赶黄草影响相似(似然比检验);是否来自赶黄草产区对赶黄草食用比例有显著的影响,赶黄草种植区域的食用比例明显高于非产区的食用比例。Through population survey to research the edible proportion of Penthorum chinense Pursh in Gulin county, the sample sampling amount was 3 086 people, 3 053 effective questionnaires were retrieved and the effective rate was 98.93%, the results of survey showed that: the edible proportion ofPenthorum chinense Pursh was 47.61% in Gulin county; Gender differences had significant effect on the edible proportion (Voight test) in the area that Penthorum chinense Pursh was planted a little, and the edible proportion of female was lower than male; Age had significant effect on the edible proportion, but there was a similar effect on middle-aged and elderly people (likelihood ratio test); There was significant effect on edible proportion of the area that had a lot ofPenthorum chinense Pursh or not, the edible proportion of the Penthorum chinense Pursh areas was significantly higher than the non-area.
