摘 要:在人口老龄化快速发展和生育政策大调整的社会背景下,隔代教育越来越受到重视。隔代教育不限于家庭教育范围,老年人在家庭之外广阔的社会领域对儿童进行照料和教育的活动也属于隔代教育。隔代教育不仅为儿童提供悉心照料和教育,而且为儿童成长创造更加优越的家庭和社会环境。隔代教育价值的实现关键在隔代教育质量,因而亟须创新隔代教育治理体系,树立共生教育治理理念,构建多元主体治理结构,运用多样化治理工具,对隔代教育问题进行科学化、民主化、制度化治理。Against the social background of aging population and bearing policy adjustment, generationskipping education is increasingly stressed. As we know, such education does not only refer to family education but also the activities carried out by senior citizens such as looking after or educating children beyond their own families. It provides children with careful tending and education in addition to better familial and social environment for children's growth. The key to the value of generation-skipping education lies in its quality so the management system needs to be innovated, establishing symbiotic educational belief, constructing diversified subject governing structure, and using varied instruments of governance, so that the problems with generationskipping education could be addressed scientifically, democratically and systematically.
