摘　　要：实践教学是农业院校本科教育极其重要的教学过程和组成部分,是培养学生实践能力的必要教学环节。农业生物技术将成为人类解决农业发展的重要技术,也将成为农业安全的支撑点。高等农业院校的生物技术专业培养侧重服务于生态农业、食品、生物质能及环境保护等领域的专业人才。农业生物技术是实践性很强的专业,学生在系统掌握农业生物学理论的前提下,还需要进一步掌握农业生物技术的相关理论和实践能力。从当今农业院校生物技术专业的实践教学现状出发,分析了本学科实践教学存在的主要问题,归纳总结了农业院校生物技术专业实践教学体系改革的构建方案及策略。Practice teaching is a very important composition of undergraduate education and a key part in cultivating students’creative spirits and practice abilities in agricultural colleges and universities.Agricultural biotechnology will becomean important technology for the development of agriculture and the support of agriculture safety.The training purpose ofbiotechnology specialty in agricultural colleges and universities focuses on the field of ecological agriculture,food,biomass energy and environmental protection.The profession is a highly practical subject.Students are required to masterboth theories and technology of biotechnology.Based on the status of practice teaching of biotechnology specialty,the paperanalyzes main problems of the practical teaching of biotechnology specialty in agricultural universities,consults andsummarizes construction scheme and reform strategy in the practice teaching system.
