摘  要:受历史、区域等多种因素制约,导致青海少数民族地区学校音乐教育起步晚、基础设施差、教师配备困难等现状,存在着专职教师缺额、教师缺乏职后继续教育的机会、音乐教师力量更新缓慢等现实问题。本人意在探索建立大学与中小学的校际合作,为音乐教师的职前培养和职后培训以及终身音乐教育搭建可行性,认为通过地方性师范院校音乐教师的培养方案、增设适用于本地区少数民族学生的课程、编写适合于民族地区生态的民族教材和地方教材、扩大对少数民族学生的招收培养等手段,是解决这些困境的基本途径。Strongly affected by many factors such as history and region,music education in minority areas of Qinghai was resulted in the fact of being started late,poor infrastructure and lacking of teachers.There are many practical problems,such as no full-time teachers,no further vocational learning opportunities,,music teacher are aging and no new and young teachers.The author intended to explore the possibility of building the cooperation between colleges and middle schools,the pre and post-job training and even lifelong training for music teachers.The paper proposed to open proper music class for minority students through the training plan for teachers in local normal colleges and write suitable textbook for minority areas and enlarge the admit of minority students to solve the current problems.
