小学教育专业学生专业核心能力培养模式的探索——基于常熟理工学院小学教育专业的教改实践

摘  要:从《小学教师专业标准(试行)》及基础教育改革需要出发考量小学教师的职前教育,把师范生的能力培养继续定位在"基本技能"上已经不能满足社会需要。为此,构建了"两贯通,一融合"的专业核心能力培养模式,并予以实施。实施结果证明,加强小学教育专业学生专业核心能力培养符合时代要求,"两贯通,一融合"的专业核心能力培养模式可行有效。It has been proved that it can no longer meet the needs of society for us to carry out pre-service education and develop the basic abilities of the students of primary school education only from the perspective of Primary School Teachers' Professional Standards(for Trial Implementation) and elementary school reform. Taking this into consideration, this paper constructs and implements a model of'two linkings, one merging'in the cultivation of the students' key professional abilities. Key professional abilities are those that play a leading role in the students' professional ability system, which enable students to acquire the qualification in primary school teaching, ensure their sustainable development and attain to their great development before they turn to practical teaching. They should develop the abilities of interpreting educational phenomena, designing and carrying out practical teaching,as well as researching on teaching and education.'Two linkings'just mean the linking of educational theory and practice, simulation teaching and real teaching, while'one merging'means the merging of cultivating key professional abilities with classroom teaching both to enhance the cultivation of key professional abilities on the part of the students of primary school education and to meet the requirements of modern times. Therefore, the model of'two linkings'and'one merging'is valid in cultivating the students' key professional abilities.
