摘 要:公司丑闻的频发促使人们越来越关注"谦卑型领导"概念。目前学术界主要关注领导者的谦卑行为或特质,而缺乏对谦卑型领导内涵的澄清。以68位企业员工为样本,采用开放式问卷调查收集数据,质化研究得出,中国组织情境下的谦卑型领导包含四个维度,分别是德行榜样、谦卑行为、沉稳睿智和下属导向,即中国组织更强调以德为先以及表现出更多的下属导向的行为,并且谦卑行为与较高的领导才能结合才会更有效。与其它本土领导行为相比,谦卑型领导与公仆型领导的不同在于谦卑行为,与真诚型领导的不同在于德行榜样、沉稳睿智以及下属导向维度。The frequent occurrence of corpo rate scandals has led to a growing concern for the concept of "humble leadership". At present, the academic circles mainly focus on the humble behavior or characteristics of leaders, but lack of clarification of the connotation of humble leadership.Taking 68 employees from enterprises as samples, this paper collects data by means of questionnaires and conducts a qualitative research. The results show that the humble leaders in Chinese organizational situation includes four dimensions: moral model, humble behavior, steady wisdom and subordinate orientation, namely, Chinese organizations place greater emphasis on virtue and show more subordinate oriented behaviors. In addition, to combine humble behaviors with higher leadership skills can be more effective. Compared with other local leaders' behaviors, the difference between humble leadership and servant leadership lies in the humble behaviors, while the difference between humble leadership and honest leadership lies in such dimensions as moral example, steady wisdom and subordinate orientation.
