摘　　要：金融是经济的中心,而金融人才是金融业的核心。金融人才发展的紧迫感对我国高校金融人才培养工作提出了更高要求与标准。而校园招聘是银行人力资源的最大"进口",是银行竞争的比较优势与未来发展的基石。Finance is the center of the economy.and financial professionals are the core of the financial industry.The urgency for the development of financial professionals put forward higher requirements and standards for the training of financial talents in colleges and universities in China.The campus recruitment is the largest 'import' of banks' human resources,and is the comparative advantage of bank competition and the foundation for future development.
