摘 要:2000年以来,农村学校的剧烈变迁向我们展示了一个"农村学校衰败"的图景。本研究采用个案分析法,以S中学作为个案来认识这一现象。S中学的衰败过程表现为师生流失和生源构成的变化,导致这一现象的影响因素有优秀管理制度的断裂、地方政府错误的"城乡教育一体化"思路和不公平的城乡教育资源分配机制。据此,本文提出改善农村学校处境的四条建议:改革农村校长任用制度;扶持和举办优质农村学校;改善农村学校条件;引入绩效管理制度。Since the year 2000, the drastic changes happened in Chinese rural schools, which has shown us a picture of "rural school decline". This study uses the method of Case Analysis to understand the phenomenon, we take S secondary school as the case which already showed continual staffs and students" turnover. The factors that caused S school decline are the breaking of the school performance management system, the local government's wrong understanding about the "urban and rural education integration policy", and the "inadequate first distribution" and "the secondary deprivation" of the education resources. This paper accordingly puts forward four countermeasures, namely, to reform the appointment system of rural school principal, to attract outstanding teachers to teach in rural schools by improving rural school's life conditions, to support and run high quality rural schools and to introduce the performance management system to school.
