摘　　要：为分析研究高职教师管理激励机制问题,通过电话咨询、面对面访谈及问卷调查等方法,对部分高职院校的管理者和教师进行实证调研。发现部分高职院校现行的教师管理激励机制存在一些问题和不足,并对其成因进行分析,为探究基于激励理论下的高职教师管理理念和激励机制,作了有价值的前期分析研究。In order to study the motivation mechanism of high vocational college teachers, we carried out an empiri- cal research on managers and teachers in some high vocational colleges through telephones, interviews and ques- tionnaires. The results showed that there are problems and shortcoming in current motivation mechanism of teacher management in some colleges. We analyzed the causes, which is a valuable preliminary analysis and research for the motivation mechanism of high vocational college teachers.
